How To Care For Your Chainsaw

At Mower Parts 4 Less we care about your safety and productivity. There are just a few things you can do to help keep your chainsaw in top working condition. Here are a few tips to keep your chainsaw in tip top shape. Always follow the maintenance schedule found in your owner’s manual.

  • Check the oil level often and make sure the bar is clean and straight. Check every time before you use your chainsaw.

  • Check to be sure the chain is sharp. A sharp chain not only helps your equipment cut more efficiently but it will also help prevent dangerous kick backs.

  • After use make sure to clean debris from the saw after each use.
